Itatanong ko lang po sana bakit dipa rin natatanggap ng kapatid ng asawa ko ang mga documents na pinadala nmin nung Nov 24 dyan po sa post office sa pasong tamo..almost 2 months na kasi ano bang nangyare?? Sna man lang mag return to sender kaso wala din kami natatangap kung di man ito nakarating din sa canada. pakisagot nm mga katanungan nmin dito.thanks..Eric O. morales
I have a documents that was being sent last Jan. 14, 2017 from California USA and when we tracked the tracking number it says that the documents was attempted to be delivered and redirected.. how come it wasnt delivered to the address that was being stated at the mail? It is a priority mail and I just wanted to know where can I get that mail because that is a very important document.. Kindly act on this matter, hoping for your prompt response on this email..

I have been trying to contact you through phone because I am from Roxas City, Capiz but to no avail. I tracked my package and it showed that it had reached the post office already three days ago. I still have not received my package and my sender could not contact you either. I emailed you with no response at all. I also emailed the Office of the President Action Center, still no response. I am starting to lose faith in my own government. Is the Philippine government and system really this incompetent and rotten that even the Office of the President is a pawn to bureaucracy?
