Bakit hindi kayo matawagan months na yung box ng pinadala ng asawa ko sainyo till now wala padin bwiset
Napakawalang kwenta tlaga tong philpost na to,, nagbayad aq ng mahal for 5 days pero 19 days na d pa dumating, tapos hindi pa sla sumasagot ng tawag.. bwisit tlaga!!!!
I realize that the people who post this site takes no responsibility for the stupidity that people do with your information.
Since first posting information here my wife has received multiple calls by both people thinking her number is to the post office, and crooked opportunists trying to gain enough information about my wife so they can go to the post office and claim her packages posing as her.
The people posting this site is in fact responsibe for all the misinformation misleading good people into thinking this site is a real site connected to the post office when in fact its just a site, with nothing to do with the post offices there in the Philippines.

What a horrible experience with these guys. No delivery, no service, nothing. Tracking is worthless, telefone numbers are worthless. Waste of money.

There are people now planning to try and collect the items I sent to her and they will be arrested when they go to claim items.
What small minded people… Unfortunately we have small minded people in my country as well. But they are all caught and put in jail.
I want to in addition that I fell in love with the Philippines when I was stationed in the US Military in your beautiful country, part of the training of your military while there. I am very pleased you have a President that loves his people and his country instead of only the love of money as earlier Presidents before him.
I pray this man can help your country grow and be a better member of the world community.

Your President indicated that he will not tolerate corruption in government and to report even the behavior of the Philippine postal services should the need arrive.

Why is the rate for sending parcel to Bahrain from Malolos Bulacan different from the rate that you posted on your site? When I inquired in the post office here in Malolos, they told me that the payment for the first kg will be 1980php then add 420 for every succeeding kg. But when I downloaded your rates from your site, it says 1100php for the first kg and add 386 for succeeding kg. Can someone please answer me because I need to send my parcel tomorrow and I need to know the right rate for sending it.

Ako po ay online selller.may customer ako sa taiwan at pinadala ko ang package nya sa philpost main office manila nung monday dec.6,2016.nagbayad po ako ng 3550 at sinend ko sa customer ko ang resibo via messenger(pinicturan ko po).nung dumating sa kanya ang package dec.9,2016 may resibo rin na binigay po sa knya at ang nakalagay lang sa resibo at sa box nya ay 3250.tinawagan ako ng customer ko at tinatanong kung bakit ganun??.bilang legit online seller ayoko pong mapahiya sa customer ko ng dahil lang po sa mga tiwaling opisyal ng gobyerno.maliit na halaga lng po ito(300) pero kung gagawin nila ito sa lahat ng nagpapadala ay aabot din ito ng milyon..masyado ng maraming tiwali sa gobyerno natin wag na sana natin dagdagan pa,at kahit maliit lang na halaga ito gusto ko sanang makarating ito sa mas nakakatas at bigyan nyo ito ng pansin.

Arlene I sent a box of food items to my gf mother and they put it in customs hold on 21 November 2016. They never send a notice to my gf mom so I told her to go to the post office in Pasay to get the box in person. The postal service workers are not reading our comments here on this website so you should go to the post office and get your mail in person. Do not wait until the Christmas holidays or you will not get your item until January or maybe February.
After waiting for so long and contacting all the ways i can using the info you have in your slip, ill be there tomorrow at your office and get my ID and i swear will get the names of irresponsible people who work there for no reason. Ill surely escalate the useless people who are using my huge tax for making an easy thing so hard for a lot of people feeding them!! Ill try to stop myself from slapping your faces btw, ill give that to the president.
