a person named Shiela Madrigal called me informing me that I have a pending case to be published in your newspaper (People’s Journal), she is threatening me, I called up you HR Department to confirm the said threat. Ms. carol of HR Department told me that Ms. Shiela Madrigal is not connected to their company. She is just using the name People’s Journal. The said person is definitely connected to Home Credit cause the case that eventually said to be filed against me is from their company. You (Home Credit) just master the art of harassment. Sana po may magawa kayo (People’s Journal) regarding this matter, they are using your firm just to HARASS people. I appreciate Ms. Carol for giving me information about such Scam.
Its a scam! May bago silang modus. Taga camp bagong diwa daw si col. Evangelista naman dw sya. Same line of talking na may kaso tapos bigyan ka num tapos kesyo areglo daw you’ll pay them para mawala na ang kaso. They get our info from credit card applications. Please be careful
I just would like to ask if you have an employee named Alvin Villanueva – Editor-In-Chief? Someone has called my attention and told the school I’m working that I have a pending case.-which is not true and totally destroys my reputation as a teacher. I’m looking forward that this would be addressed properly.

May tumawag sakin Charisse De Leon from People’s Journal daw sya and may tumawag daw sa kanya na Atty Fredriko Pamaos na may case daw ako at iddrag pa name ng company ko. Nung tinanong ako anong case hndi nya ako sinagot basta ang sabi need ko daw tumawag. then magrequest daw ako ng referal for refusal. Yung number ni Charisse De Leon 294-77-09. Need feedback asap. Kung scam to naddrag yung pangalan ng peoples journal regarding this.

or if they ask for payment, trace if deposited to a specific bank account. Who opened the account.

I received missed calls from the previous number that texted me na may for posting nga daw na negative against me. Dahil nakalagay na sa contacts ko yung number na yun at nabasa ko na yung ibang posts dito di ko na talaga sinagot yung mga calls. This happened last January 21, 2016. Naka-2 missed calls. After that, nag-text ulit na may for posting nga daw because I’m dragging the name daw of my former company. Ang tanong ko lang, saan nila nakukuha yung ganung informations? Yung number, name ko at name ng dati kong company tama lahat.
most probably they got it from agencies na nag ooffer ng mga credit cards. you know, those people who call your office and offer pre-approved credit cards daw tapos they ask for your details. pwede din na kakonchaba nila yung mga collection companies hired by banks to collect for them

Wala namang pinatawagan saking atty. Pero ang pinatawagan sakin ay editor in chief daw pero different amg number sa published ng peoples joirnal. Madama ako nabasa about this kanina, scam daw to accdg to blogs so dont mind these calls na lang daw. I’ll keep you posted on what i’ll find out but please do update me also. Thanks

I think peoples journal should investigate Augusto Villanueva with contact #2947709. He is using your company name behind his bad interest. You can contact also to this #09151979368.
I would just like to call the attention of People’s Journal. I received a text today from People’s Journal Manila claiming they have received a paid advertisement against my person and that for any inquiry I may call their landline number 512-8201 or mobile number 09293299093 and that I have to look for either Augusto Villanueva (Editor-in-Chief) or Jahjah Cruz. I know this is a scam and People’s Journal management should take a look at this and warn the public lest vulnerable victims fall prey to this scheme.
same case here, keso kailangan ko daw tawagan yung Atty. para hindi maipublish pangalan ko. pagtawag ko .. re pala sa utang ko sa banko. ayun binayaran ko nalang tutal pinakinabangan ko naman. kaso ang hindi ko matanggap bakit kailangang ipahiya pako sa company ko at ipalabas ang pangalan ko sa dyaryo. aattend din naman ako ng hearing ko eh. di ko naman tinatakasan.
