Hi good evening NTC Management my phone was stolen last Saturday January 21 2017 at Robinsons Fairview. I I tried to call the stolen phone/SIM card and I rang but didn’t answer it(as expected) we tried to call it everyday since the phone stolen and it keeps ringing. Good day! I would like to ask for an advise about my problem sir/ma’am. My phone LCD screen broke after i put it in my pocket while im travelling home from school. My phone is only a year old and i was given one year of warranty and that i’ve also bought another one year warranty extension. I brought the phone to the authorized service center for them to fix it. Everything is already settled at that time, they agreed to fix it and coordinate with the insurance company but after a day, the service center called telling us that they cant fix it anymore due to a resoldered part on my phone. They said it was tampered. I went back to the center claiming i never had my phone fixed before and it was my first time letting it be fixed by someone which is the authorized service center. So i went back to the store where i bought the phone and asked for assistance. They are claiming too that there are no fixing history happened to the phone and it was brand new when they sold it to me. I surrender the phone to the store two months ago but they still didnt give me a good feedback about it. I dont know what should I do. I hope you could help me with this. Thankyou.

Hi SIr maam . I would like to ask how can I file a complaint againts PLDT regarding the billing dispute I have filed since 0ct 19 to 26th. I called up ther customer service regarding the lost of service and was told that they have an outage and my location is one of those affected. I was promised that I will be credited for the time without service. It lasted for 6days. We repeated call up and visited the office and was promised that a technicial will come out to fix the issue. no technician came out. luckily an installer from PLDT came on our neighbors house to install their service we asked the tech to check our service because we never had serivce for 6 days. He was good enought to check our modem and was able to restore the service. This morning I called up there customer serivce again to follow up the bill adjustment and was told it was denied. I have so much promblem with this compony since I added the internet service and transfered the service frm my sister’s name to mine. I wish to cancel the service but I was told due to transfer of responsibilty I was put in another two year contract.
I hope you can help me and many consumer with this issue. I’ve know a lot of friends having the same complain with this company . But everytime we tried to fix or settle the issue they can’t seem to resolve it . not even give us a time fram where we can expect resolutionregarding our complain.

Nais ko pong ireklamo ang PLDT Home Ultera dahil sa hindi tamang serbisyo na ibinibigay nila sa amin dito sa 1148 B. Nieto St., MUzon, San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan. May internet po kami pero buhat ng November 1, 2016 ay browsing na lang po ang natatanggap namin at nawala na at di kami makapasok sa mga online games. Pumunta na po kami sa PLDT Customer Service at tatawagan na lang daw po kami pero di nangyari. Kami po ang tawag ng tawag pero wala din pong nangyari, Lugi naman po kami sa serbisyo nila. Palagay ko po naka block ang games namin sa kanila kaya lang ayaw nilang sabihin.

Rosa Lagunai already called up NTC Region NCR and i already filled up the blocking form. please notify me if that phone was already blocked. thank you and god bless.
