Dear Sir, request be informed that there is a radio station ( habagatradio 101.1) are broadcasting live at Carmen, Surigao del Sur without having applying for NTC license. This radio station started last September 2016 even without license procured from the NTC. I am Germanalex P. Hilario, a residence of Cantilan, Surigao del Sur, a member of the Moral Advancement Corruption and Prevention Advocacy (MACPA) which our duty is to maintain peace and order, report and monitor all illegal activities and corruption in the government, protection of our natural resources and support the government on poverty alleviation and moral. Since I monitored this radio station it was found out that until today there is no license to operate procured from NTC. Please verify and check if this radio station has already apllied for license for broadcasting. And at the same time this radio station is on live streaming at the internet (habagatradio.caster.fm and habagatradio.comxa.fm. respectively. I found out also that this radio station is considered illegally broadcasting here in our place. Now, these is the question? Can a radio station operate without the availability of NTC License?
We just can’t imagine how irresponsible is the NTC to that area. Hindi mo dapat trabaho yan but you did for the sake of transparency. Ang NTC ang may problema diyan at patulog-tulog sila! Tagal na reklamo mo but till now anjan parin sila. I think pagkakalaalam ko diyan ang may hawak sa istasyon na yan ay mayor. dapat papaalam na siya kay Comm. Dordoba ng NTC para mabatuta mga tao niya sa lugar na yan.

hi good after noon in Christian, i have pldt homedsl connection 3mbps plan. but sometimes it getting slow and when i call the pldt csr they said they will send a person from their technical support to trouble shoot my connection and while im talking to the csr rep ill check again my speedtest and it will turn into 3mbps and the technical support will not come here in our house after that call. im from carmona, cavite pls do an action to pldt i think there is something suspicious on their system?

good day! gusto ko lang po sana irefer ang systema ng globe, kahit na di ginagamit yung line, nagcha charge parin po sila, walang bill ma dumadating tapos, biglang ganon na po kalaki yung charges. so babayaran po namin yung charges na di naman namin ginamit. mula po nung naging globe na ang bayantel dito sa gensan, sobrang panget na po ng service nila,ang bagal bagal at nawala yung connection namin totally, nirefer na namin mismo sa globe center – SM gensan (it took how many hours bago kami ma cater), wala naman binigay na reference number, hintay lang daw kami ng 24hours, ilang weeks na rin wala paring technician ang dumating, kaya pinlug out na namin yung phone and modem. tapos sabi nila automatic nagchacharge yung sysmtem, di naman nila nachi check kung active or inactive na ba yung line. poor na nga yung service nitong globe, bilis pa maka charge ng bill kahit di na ginagamit. dagdag pa yung very poor customer service nila dito sa sm gensan, sila pa yung galit kahit matino mong kinakausap. sana po macheck talaga itong mala modus ng globe, maraming salamat po.
