   HI i been in SSS Pasay branch last January 7, 2026, to inform about the message saying that my application for Salary Loan was declined due to previous contribution from my company New Coast which i have since November 2025 and December 2025. The staff told me that she already updates on the system however upon check today still the message was the same my application was declined due to no contribution.

   Good morning sir/maam. Can i ask something, why is it when i open the loan application of sss pension, it will not open. Theres an error, the error code is PL83.

   May problema po sa mga documents para maclaim po namin burial assistance at mailipat ang pension ng namayapa ko pong ama sa nanay ko. Wala pong nairehistro na kasal po nila kasi NO CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE ay nakuha po naming dokumento sa PSA. Pero ikinasal po sila sa templo po namin as Latter-Day Saints. Sinubukan pong ipalate registered po iyon sa aming munisipyo pero hindi po nila inaknowledge. Ano po maaring gagawin naming solusyon dito sa amin pong problema? Salamat po sa magiging tugon po ninyo. Taga Region 2 po kami dito po sa probinsya ng Quirino.
