I have a question about receiving an EMS box. I usually receive an EMS box out of the country from my parents and use this company to send a box to the Philippines for so long and I never paid a receiving fee before. However, on Sept. 15, 2016 at 2:15pm I receive a box and they where asking me to pay for whatever it is. I was surprised and very upset because I cought the delivery man almost shouting on my grandma to pay 120 peso. My understanding about the EMS is when I’m sending a box to my family I’m paying already all of it before I send it and I believe it is all cover, so the receiver doesn’t need to pay which we usually do. Would you kindly explain to me clearly why do we need to pay 120 peso for recieving an EMS box which is already paid by the sender?

I bought an underwear at aussiebum.com. The delivery took 2 months and the claim stub that came to my house is final notice. Then i come over to collect it. Do you know how much they ask me to pay for tax. It’s PHP1700 for 1 piece underwear. Tax is even more expensive than the item. I’m very disappointed and annoyed how they calculated tax. That isn’t a victoria secrets most expensive underwear though.

Good Afternoon. I would like to ask, if your office has received a package from Bio trim company USA containing 3 Bottles of Brain Plus supplement sent last June 8, but according to tracking nos ASL20160610DE24PH it arrived in the Philippine central Post Office on June 22 address to Manuel A. Catriz, 192 afable St. Ilwas, Subic. Up to now it has not sent to me yet. I checked in Subic and Olongapo PO and there’s no package yet arrived.

On 24th May 2016 my brother in Australia sent a package which has an international tracking number of EY100080284AU. This shows as being received by Philpost and passed to Customs on the 25th of May 2016.
When I had not been notified of the availability of the package for pickup after 4 weeks I contacted Customs to get a status of the package.
Customs help desk forwarded my request back to EMS.CS who sent me a form notice giving me the understanding it was still with Customs.
Question number 1: is the package with Philpost or Customs?
This roundabout has been going on for some time and NOBODY can tell me where my package is or when I might see it.

i recently received a registered letter from my brother in the uk. the letter contained old photos, from my mother’s papers (she recently passed away). the despatch declaration clearly showed description of photographs with zero value(other than sentimental). Hello po sa mga kinaukulan, ask ko lang kung kelan po darating yung package ko na pinadala galing po sa New Zealand, ayon po sa Philpost track and trace June 13 pa po dumating dyan sa Pinas at nung June 16 enroute to delivery office.
