Pa help po sa tracking nitong parcel na to RC457960385HK d na po ma track sa track and trace nyo.. ung ksama nya na parcel dumating na january 25 pero itong isa hindi parin hanggang ngaun.. gusto ko lang malaman kung nasaan na.. maraming salamat

Hello po…please pay attention po ng taga postal na employees especially cagayan de oro… Ask ko lang po kung nasaan na po ang items ko…ang lahat ng nagtratrabaho soon nagtutulak.tulakan sila. Among ibig sabihin niyang may kumuha ng items ko or to be exact ninakaw?! Ani ito bagahe?!

I would like to follow up again my shipment w/ Custom Tracking # LC795197375US. This is my fourth follow up about this issue and until now there is no response from you. My waiting is almost 2 months. The shipment is EMS. It originated from USPS and turned over to you last August 10, 2015 but until now there is no lead and updates where is it now? Have you lost it? I need a quick response on this. I need my parcel and you are responsible to find it where it is now. I am going to report this on or before October 10 in all social networks and media how irresponsible you are.
I am not just doing this follow up. The shipper also did this but you really have no respond at all.
Please do the right thing and settle this issue. I know you will receive this complaint. I just do not know if you will now response or not. I am not threatening. I am just telling my rights to complain and let others be informed about most happening to most shipments like this.

I have emailed Phipost several times, they have totally ignored me. After researching them on the web I have learned that this is a common occurrence. Their incompetence is only surpassed by their superciliousness.
