   I’m thinking of filing a case against my former colleague who owes me around Php 240,000.00 in a business dealing scenario that we entered a couple of years back. Take note there’s no agreement nor contract to support this business venture.

   Under that agreement, I will have an investment of Php 200,000 and she will give me the quarterly dividend of Php 20,000 to be provided through gcash or in other payment instrument acceptable to us. After providing me with the initial dividend, I have not received any further dividends until now. I submitted a Demand Letter, as attached, to substantiate my claim against her, but it was ignored. Now I’m considering filing a lawsuit in the court to claim my money. In such case:

   1. Can I go to court and file my complaint against her?
   2. What if my colleague doesn’t have the funds, how can I collect the money?
   3. How can I pay your legal services as I don’t have the means or resources to go to court?

   I will make the decision after receiving your response to the above questions. Thank you.
