   Good pm po,Ano po pwede ikaso sa landlord na ayaw ibalik yung 2mos deposit ko po,wala po akong utang sa RENT at bills po,in fact advance po ako lagi sa pagbabayad ng rent at umabot po ako ng 3yrs,hindi na po kasi livable yung paupahan dahil sa dami ng leaks ng roof na muntikan pa nasunog dahil natuluan ng ulan yung socket medyo natress po ako dahil may baby po ako kaya napilitan po kaming lumikas ASAP,marami po akong napagawa sa paupahan nia since day 1 po dahil parang ayaw gumastos yung landlord kahit nagbabayad naman po ako ng maayos,Ano po pwede ikaso po kapag hindi nia po ibalik yung 2mos deposit ko po?Sana po ay masagot.

   Hi… what will i do po, my son was wrongfully accused by the Dali store manager. My son is 11yo and from the outside, pumasok sya sa Dali through exit (cashier line) sinabihan sya na BAKIT DYAN KA DUMAAN, PAG NI REVIEW KO CCTV CAMERA AT MAY NAKITA PAPASKIL KO MUKHA MO SA LABAS TATATANDAAN KO MUKHA MO. buti sana kung from inside the store sya lumabas sa entrance, kaso galing pa lang sa labas. Un bata natrauma natatakot akala nya kung ano ba krimen nagawa

   Magandang umaga po magtatanong po sana if pwd ko bang kasuhan ang isang tao ng cyber libel at data privacy act ung tao na naninira sakin sa social media dahil sa utang ko na 3k at ito po ay may kasunfuan kami sa barangay na kapag pinahiya nia pa ako sa social media at hindi ko sya babayaran ngunit kahapon po ay nagsimula nanamn siyang mag chat sa GC namin at nag cocoment sa FB post ng friend ko regarding sa utang ko.    Good day! I would like to ask for your help regarding to the accident caused by the taxi operator to me. The taxi company World Taxi with contact number (02-83713431) located at World Taxi, 18 Don Alejandro Roces Avenue, Quezon City, 1100 Metro Manila
   Did not settle to the damages and caused so much trouble and trauma on my side.
   Herewith is the police report, notarized complain and agreement also the statement of both parties to which the taxi driver admit it was his fault.

   Im really hoping to give lessons to the taxi operators, taxi drivers for it to not happen again.
