   Hi po this is regarding child support, and child rights. My ex partner never give any child support since 2020. My child now is 7 years old and legally acknowledge by him po. I tried to bluff him back in July 2020 and that’s also our last conversation. I told him I will report him to the DSWD for not supporting his child, I thought he would give after that but nothing happens. I really don’t want to ask for his support anymore but according to family and friends I should fight for my child’s right cause it is so unfair in my end, that we both did it but after all I’m the one who is raising the child alone from own support. I am the one paying for his school tuition, school allowance and school service. I tried stalking his facebook account recently, I dont see any or unsually post aside from being tag to some outings. I dont know what he does for a living a now. Since I haven’t heard anything from him since 2020. As much possible ayaw kuna kasi magpatawag pa sa barangay since nsa magkaibang place kami, siya ay taga San Pedro, Laguna. And currently nsa bahay ako ng ate ko nagsstay at ang anak ko, medyo short din minsan sa budget and allowances kasi need magabot sa mga ate ko. Kinakaya nmn magbudget pero short pa din. Khit sa BPO ako nagwowork di nmn laht ng BPO company can above 30K package. Dito satin sa batangas 20k na ang mataas na offer babawasan pa ng tax and benefits. Kung magdirect ba po ako sa PAO ano yung mga dapat kung iprepare?
   Kasi its about time na cguro na huminge ako ng sustento para sa anak ko. To be honest di ko masyado maprovide yung sa clothing supplies nya kasi nga nagshoshort ako sa budget. Kaya ko nmn magawan ng paraan yung ako lng para sa anak ko. Kung marerevoke lang parental rights niya at machachange ko name ng anak ko. which is impossible na mangyari.

   So I’m seeking help legally and what are the things na need ko iprepare para pagpunta ko ng PAO e ayos na.

   Good morning pd ko po ba isampa ng reklamo s napolcom ang police n nanlomo sakin n umutang ng 10k noong oct 12 2023 na nagpilit n sya ay bigyan kahit ayaw ko po n sabi p ibabalik agad pagkatangap ng kanya bo us ng december 2023 until now dpo aq binabayaran at dpo aq nirereplayan s tx q or pd q po b sampahan ng reklamo s city prosecutors office ano po kya mabuti gawin salamat po

   Senior citizen na po ang papa ko. Meron pong mgkapatid na nagtutulong mgpost and magkalat ng mga false accusations tungkol sa kanya thru FB gamit anonymous account. Kilala po namin ang gumagawa. Stress n stress n po ang papa ko and nangangamba kami n baka magawan ng masama dahil pulis yung isa na nanggugulo. Pwede po ba kaming humingi ng tulong regarding this issue.

   Pano po kung meron po binili 2metro lupa para daanan. Kaso diba po my tinatawag na rights of way. Pag nasa looban ang bahay. Ngayon po eh nawala ang deed of sale ano ang dapat gawin? Kinukuha po ulit yun lupa?

   ako po si felma masakayan, nakatira sa marawoy, lipa city..nirereklamo ko ang asawa kong si raymond masakayan kasal po kami, na hindi nagsusustento sa 2 naming anak .3 months na po sya mahigit n hindi nagsusustento..mahirap po sya makontak sa cp# o fb account nya na nakablock ako pati anak ko..salamat sana matulungan nyo po ako.
