    Message ko po ito sa abogado diyan sa PAO-Ligao City na nagrerepresent sa kanyang client CASE#1450. Ang pinagsasabi mong legit ang mga documentong hawak ng iyong client, I chalenge you na maglabas kayo ng “SURVIVING SPOUSE PROOF OF OWNERSHIP” na pwedeng magbenta ang surviving spouse ng isang real property. Yan lang ang hinihiling ko sainyo.

    Mayroon lang po akong itatanong sa abogado na humahawak sa CASE#1450. Ang tanong ko po ay, PWEDE BANG MAGBENTA NG PROPERTY ANG ISANG TAO NA WALANG PROOF OF OWNERSWHIP? Ibenenta kasi ng nanay namin ang property na wala siyang proof of ownership. At isa pa, ang alleged Deed of Sale ay walang signature ang tatlong alleged vendees. Ang alam ko ito ay NULL and INVALID. The RULE OF LAW, kailangan naka pirma ang VENDOR at VENDESS sa Deed of Sale. Yan ang Philippine Selling Real Property Law. Yan lang po at pakisagot ang tanong ko. Salamat
