    I am Mr. Felix C.Natnat, Jr., I already submitted the Certificate that I was instructed and directed to perform through reply to their email. I need your responds. Formely I was reasoned that providing an answer which does not suffices the wordings found on the 2016 revised PAO job Memorandum Manual. The reason provided was contrary to laws and public policy.
