   Good morning and blessed Saturday po
   Nais ko pong magtanong sa inyo, valid Ho ba ang I transfer ang Ownership ng Titulo ng lupa sa tumubus ng lupa sa Bangko.
   May karapatan Ho bang mapa sa kanya ang tinubos na Titulo sa halang 50K at Inari na lahat ang 2000 square meter , approximately 1965 square meter na sinukat ng di nalalaman ng mga anak ng original na May ari ng PARCEL of land.
   Ask ko po kung legit ba ang pag angkin ng tumubus at sapilitang pinagpirma ng tumubus ang ginawang sulat kamay na kasulatan, without notifying all the children ng LEGIT na May ari?
   My mother is already old, at bakit niloko siya sa pagpirma ng di ini explain kung ano ang nilalaman ng Hand letter na pipirmahan ng MATANDA. Hindi Ho ba ito ay isang malaking panlilinlang at pagsasamantala sa isang MATANDANG Senior , nearest to Centennial age?
   For verification purposes sa usapin Sagun at Eustaquio , owing the Parcel of Land of my mother Corazon Damiano Sagun , without further notifying or explaining what is the content of the hand written agreement , or it is only a one sided agreement of the Eustaquio family between Mercenario Eustaquio , van as pen name and wife Mae Eustaquio.
   I supposed based on my surveys and observation that these couple Van Mercenario and Mae Eustaquio , they deceit the old woman , at sinamantala ang katandaan sa pagpirma ng sinasabing TITULO upang mapasa kanila ang buong LUPA ni Mrs.Corazan Damiano Sagun of Calabtangan Poblacion Sur, Mayantoc ,Tarlac.
   It was stated that, it was not equally subdivided into parcel of land for Mrs Corazon Damiano Sagun 8 siblings.
   In fact, our mother is still living, and yet why Mae and van decided to subdivide the Parcel?
