   l am Jonathan R. Casabal and I would like to
   file a complaint and request an update regarding my Pag-IBIG Safe Loan application.
   I applied for a safe loan on June 23, 2026, under the Pag-IBIG MID Number
   121284874350. I already received an
   SMS notification confirming my application. However, upon checking today, June 29, 2026, the status of my application is still not progressing.
   Below are my loan details for your reference:

   Loan Reference Number: NFBCGJ
   Application Date: June 23, 2026
   I would like to ask for clarification regarding the delay and request immediate assistance in processing my application.
