good day in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ! sir/madam, meron po akong loan filed and approved last march or April if i am not mistaken. the loan proceed is P77T plus through cash card only and no cheque and no details. only cash card arrived. my concern is i am asking your office about the following:
1. how much is my monthly amortization because until now i have no deduction in my payroll. kindly give me the amount for my monthly amortization so that i can inform my company payroll department.
2. is my loan, salary or calamity?
3. my company is Energy Development Corporation, OCC, Taguig
ang sabi kasi ng pag-ibig kiwapawan city branch ay automatic daw na mabigyan ang company ko for the monthly amortization.

sorry to say this , our president is trying to change everything on our government system , pero parang nahuhuli kayo sa sistema , you’re giving a contact number na hindi makontak , sobrang incompetent when in comes to that , . I cant stand it anymore , kahit sa mga local center nyo , umaabot ng 2-3 hours sa simpleng pagpila sa consolidation booth , paki ayos Pag Ibig not threatening all of you there, baka ma spot light kayo ng presidente if tuloy tuloy yan!

Hi it has been more th15 days since I went there to file a multi-purpose loan, one of the tellers told me that you will have to offset my recent loan first and it would take 15 days then after that automatically they will submit it for lan oan application, I called your hotline and they said until now there was no offsetting made yet and it is already more than 15 days since I went there, please advise me on what to do, you guys already gave me sch a Landbank cash card.. the loan was for reinforcement of my kids’ tuition fee.and it is already the start of there school next week…..thank you

your number indicated here is always busy, i cant get to anyone to speak about my concern. whenever i dial this number its directed my call to call center which they cannot help me as well. they dont have access to check on my records. based from your call center its the branch who send them updates but its always delayed too. why you provided number on your site that is not accessible to your customer.
Hi, I am Melanie Esteban Galanida. I have filed RTMRLD last January 29, 2016 but for whatever reason, Pag Ibig (SM Aura Branch) still cannot consolidate my contributions. It’s almost 2 months already. If I’m not mistaken, process should take only 3 to 4 weeks right? I have called to pag ibig hotline 724-4244, first two calls told me it’s still not consolidated, they said they will check on it then will call me for an update but I haven’t receive any. Then for my third call today, I have been advised to follow up on Branch. I tried to call at SM Aura but no one is answering. Question is, Should I really need to report “AGAIN” to the branch just for them to process my file? Why is it taking too long? It’s really inconvenient to do follow up yet there are no progress. It’s really more inconvenient to report “AGAIN” to your branch for you to process and prioritize it. Please send me an update.

My concerns are also about following-up my Pag-ibig retirement refund which I filed on 10 November 2015 and the address where to send my check. I tried many times contacting your given numbers but always busy and sometimes connected but nobody answered. That I indicated the address where to send the check was in PAG-IBIG Catbalogan City Branch, Samar. However, It was discovered later that said branch was already deactivated. It is good that your newly established PAG-IBIG Branch in Calbayog City accommodated my request so I was able to know even very late the updates of my claim. The latest information was that your office send the check through Air21 in PAG-IBIG Catbalogan City Branch, Samar last 18 January 2016. Since there is no more PAG-IBIG Branch office in that City I am sure no body will receive it and eventually the mail courier will return said documents to your office. Granting this will happen, may I request once again your office to send my retirement refund check to PAG-IBIG Fund Calbayog City Branch, Samar. I hope this will merit your consideration. I am PO1 Celerino S Gunio, a member of the Philippine Navy filed my request for my pag-ibig retirement refund at main office in makati on September 4, 2015 but they endorsed me to follow up at Pag ibig sm aura because they said we are under the jurisdiction of Taguig branch… After 15 days I followed it up at Pag ibig SM Aura and talk to a Certain Joy….and after a week i followed it up again and talked to a certain Keneth….then after a week again I followed up but there answers are please follow again after another week….. when dialling their 2 given numbers (loc 5907 and 5908) that are continues ringing and no one attended to…. now how many clients like me are experiencing like this???? how long we can wait your actions to our needs??
