    ask ko lang po kung na update na ung status ko na from single to married.. noong may 10 pa po ako nagpasa ng requirements..
    sadi nong guard dyan sa branch nyo sa san pablo laguna ay sa drop box ko ilagay..
    kaso hanggang ngayon ay wala pa kong natatanggap na confirmation..

    I’m just what is the status of the multipurpose loan I passed.the hard copy was given by me on july 9 2021 at the san pablo branch.

    I hope you understand ,because I need to receive may loan because my mother is in the hospital thank you.

    Good morning. we already submitted our letter for closure with the attachment of supporting docs. We are requesting now for clearance and we received an email from PAGIBIG FUND saying, “To better facilitate your concern, we advised you to coordinate with your Pag-IBIG Handling branch. Kindly bring two (2) valid IDs acceptable to the Fund for transaction purposes.”
    Do we really have to go directly to your office just to submit our request slip and other docs? Don’t we have any way to submit it? like via email?
    And we can’t even reach you by the contact number you are posted.
    Please we need immediate response.. we need your active contact number and Email as well..

      Ma’am / Sir ask ko lang po kasi po magppaloyalty card po ako mgloloan po kasi ako. anong day at time po ngbibigay ng form para sa application ng loyalty card. Thank you
