bakit po tinatanggap ng pagibig ang isang housing loan na wlng title at pinapaasa ang member na ma-take out na ang inapply na housing loan.. 6 months npo after i signed NOA.. tapos malalamn ko wla pa plng title for the said location i applied.. only mother title.. dpt po hnd tinatanggap ni pag ibig ang papers ng nag aaply kung hnd pa subdivided ang properties.. habang tumatagal ang processing panay din pay nmin sa monthly amorzation na sbi ng ahent ni developer 3-4 months ma process na ang papers nmin.. since july 2015 nag apply na kmi at isang katotak na reason ang kinakawiran ng pag ibig dto sa subdivision dhl cla nag proprocess until now wla pang linaw.. db dpt kmi ang pina paboran ni pagibig? dpt inform nyo ang member at e reject agad ang application nmin kung wla pang title.. sna po nauunawaan nyo na kami nag iinhouse until ma approved kmi sa pagibig.. kung may kulang kay developer wag nyo sna tanggapin ang application ng member.. kayo po nag sasabi smin na qualified na mag housing loan..nagka problema lng kmi dhl dto.. mas higit kmi umaasa at nagtitiwala na mahigpit kayo.. pls lng consider the members effort and suffering..

I just wanted to express my disappointment regarding on my housing loan from Pag Ibig.
My name is Generoso L. Otic, presently residing at Blk 22 Lot 37 Bella Vista Subd. Brgy. Santiago Gen. Trias Cavite. My loan was applied last July or August 2016 by my developer (8990 Luzon Development Corp.) and up to now there is no progress on my said loan.
Pag Ibig called at talked to our HR assistant for their Credit Investigation last September 2016 and they said that they will personally go to my work place for second C.I.
But up to today they did not come and their reason is that they couldn’t find my work place here at Silang Cavite and they want me to go to Calamba branch and assist them to our office for CI. I can’t believe on their reason, i mean that is their job. My notice of approval hasn’t been sign yet and i still paying for an in-house process amounting to 10,600 pesos and only 800 pesos of that was deducted on my Total Contract price.
I wish any from the legal department personnel could help me because it was taking so long and i’m taking so many reasons from my developer.
