   Good PM. I would like to follow up on the status of my retirement claim which was approved last March 17, 2026. Until now I have not received any message as to my check release. Thank you. P.S. I have sent emails at your branch in this regard but received no reply as of date.

   Good day..
   I just would like to inquire regarding a default account.. i tried to apply for a short term loan recently, however, when i tried to submit the application, the system says the account is in default.. may i be clarified on what does this mean? thank you and hopefully i could get a response from you soon..
