Dear NTC I am wondering to take my complaints to sun cellular. This matter is due to misleading information and how they manipulate new applicants to avail package that they are not aware fully. I applied for their plan 599 last april 30 and was able to provide needed documents. They informed me that i need to bundle with 699 however i didnt accept it so they told me its for approval for two weeks so i waited and returned on may 13 and successfully she said she can now process the application and instead of 699 bundle its just 350.. So i signed as instructed but in my surprise my friend said that it has no bundle requirement for the package and they are not allowing me to terminate the other line

I am edwin fajardo of urdaneta city, pangasinan. I have a compalint against globe. I am a subscriber of the said company since december 2014. I applied for wifi broadband plan 899 until march when they suddenly cut my subscription without notice. I paid my dues on time so i was clueless when they cut my connection. So i went and talked to the service customer representative at sm. He mentioned that i talked to globe hotline which i did. I told them my case and they told me that they are migrating to 4g connection so i need to upgrade my modem to suit it up. They said that the upgrade will be done with no extra charge on my account. To make the atory short, we had miscommunications so it did not go as planned. I went back to sm to talk to a customer service rep and i was surprised, he told me to get another account because my previous account was permanently closed. I had to pay 999php for reconnection and upgrade of modem. When the modem was installed i had to wait for another 3 to 5 days to activate my account. They did not tell me this when i was applying for a new account. I had to constantly call globe hotline for inquiries. Added to that when my account activation was finished my modem wouldnt work for a couple of days so i called again globe hotline and they changed the modem together with the simcard. After two days, i noticed my internet speed dropped down to 18kbps which is far so low because i applied for 2mbps. Thats when they told me that there is data capping. If you reached 5gb the internet speed will become subsequently slow. They didnt tell me this either when i was applying for a new accounf. I feel ive been duped by this provider many times over. My hard earned money flies without getting best services from them. This is my contact number 09153295872. Please help.

Good day to all sir/ma’am. I would like to block my phone which has been lost last April 26, 2016 in our office while it was charging. The unit is HUAWEI Media Pad IMEI#868912028140256 which I bought just last March 11, 2016 in Technokid SM Bacoor, Cavite. Is is possible if I can recover my files in simcard inserted in that cellphone. Those files are important in my work pertaining inventory and disposal.

Pldt cutoff our data services after failing to pay on time without proper disconnection notice. They are asking me to pay my balance first before they can reconnect the service.i believe its not right for them to just cutoff our data service because i have not paid them 6 days after my due date. Also the reversal i requested due to their poor service connection has not been applied yet after 1 mo.. Can you do any action against this new pldt policy?
