   Good day!

   We are from Far Eastern University Manila, and we respectfully request assistance in changing the Official Receipt (O.R). This is regarding the O.R. issued to us last March 6, 2026, for attending the GMM and Oath-taking at PICC. Our university would like a change of O.R. from our Name to FEU. Please let us know the process for this request and where to go so we can be cleared by our Accounting Office.
