Hi! I just want to ask I’m on preventive suspension from December 05, 2015 until January 04, 2016 and our cutoff for the pay out of DEC. 20th 2015 was from Nov .26,2015 to December 10, 2015 and when I checked my ATM last dec20 nothing came in it. I just want to know if its legal? And right now our hr mngr kept on contacting me and told me to just file my resignation so they can process my bakpay quickly.. Also want to share that the owner of the company had a health card fraud case last december 2012 and now changed the company name but still have the same accoubt .its a call center company by the way

May I know the procedure how to get back my money being borrowed by my neighbor who promise to pay it a year after. She left now to work in U.S.A. and forget the promises as what stated in her signed documents?Her family still living in Philippines. She is directly hired to work in U.S.A. w/out any agent in Philippines.

Good day. I need help and would like to seek legal advise. I’m a customer service representative who’s being charged with level 5 infraction due to Fraud or willful breach of trust / Loss of confidence a ground for termination. This was due to commendation email sent to the company which later on denied by the customer. Currently, I’m 5 mos. pregnant and the notice to explain was served 5 days ago. The evidence shown on the notification was the recording of the call wherein customer denied the email and the call made by the customer wherein he/she also expressed his/her commendation. Is it still valid, if the notice of termination will be served after the pregnancy? Can my company terminate me during the pregnancy period?
i share the same sentiments. I was terminated not because I’m pregnant but for gross negligence for not liquidating my cash advance. i really feel that the sanction is excessive and hindi man lang nila kinonsider na 5 months pregnant ako nung tinanggal nila ako. i filed a case against them. we’re about to submit our position papers next week. What’s the status od your case?

I need assistance with regard to my former BPO employer. I’m still under training and there were instances that due to domestic problem I was absent. At the last point when everything was cleared I had a slight car accident. All pertinent docs were submitted but I was still adviced 2 process my clearance where even the medcert is valid will n0t be considered due to the training agreement. Hi! I just want to complaint pacific hub corporation they just keeps on deducting contributions for SSS & Pag-ibig but hindi naman nila hinuhulog. I already checked it sa SSS and Pag-ibig na yung last hulog nila is August 2013 and until now monthly pa din yung deductions nila. what should I do? I have hard copy of my payslip stating that they deducted every month. hoping for your quick reply. thank you.
