To whom it may concern: I am hoping that someone will answer this email. I have a motorcycle due for emissions and inspection shortly, It has an aftermarket muffler installed because the original muffler was damaged during typhoon Basyong. The muffler that I have is not loud as it meets the dbs. There is a silencer installed in it. The original muffler that belongs with the motorcycle is P15000 ( fifteen thousand) Why do I have so much trouble trying to make you understand it is Not modified, it is a replacement muffler for one that was damaged. LTO states No modifications so how does a habal-habal get tested….It is completely modified…Motorcycles are made for 2 people Not 4, 5, or 6. Please reply……..HB

The street behind the Maasin police station is supposed to be a One Way street, barricades on one end and an Arow on the opposite side. Why is this not patrolled…Many people drive the wrong way and not fined but if it was a foreigner, that would be illegal. Why is this permitted?
