    pwede po b ako magpa ID ng lisence sa LTO binan
    sa ilagan po kasi ako kumuha ng NONPRO pero sira ung machine nila kaya resibo lang po ang hawak ko..

    tanong ko lang po what time open nyo? from Taytay pa kasi ako manggagaling (Monday to Fri) ba open ninyo? kukuha ako ng Original ORCR and magleleave lang ako sa work kaya need ko masure kung anong araw kayo open, lalo na sa pagkuha ng original orcr Thanks

    I used to reside for a long time in Sta. Rosa, but moved to Baguio in 2018. In 2015 when I registered one of my vehicles with LTO Binan (LTO OR # 672495622 dated 05/15/2015, vehicle plate XRY-265) I paid for duplicate plates (the new white ones) amounting to P450. I kept following up with LTO Binan on the issuance of the new plates but unfortunately these were not available, up to the time I moved to Baguio. I now would like to inquire about how I can have the plates sent to me here in Baguio. Will look forward to your reply. Thank you.

    Good afternoon, im an ofw my drivers license is expired. My brother applied for validation of my license. But lto binan staff categorically say that its not allowed to renew or validate. Please help
