    mam sir nagreklamo ako sa my are ang truking eddyz na kung pwede taasan naman ang salary ng empleyado nila kasi po 200 lng 1araw eh ang trabaho nila driver araw at gabi hindi lng 1 byahe madalas eh nakakailan byahe..ang problema po ipapakulong daw po ako ng may ari kc po asawa ko po ang nagtratrabaho sa kanila at hndi ako. guzto ko lng po mbigyan ng tamang pasahod ang mga employe dun.,my #09194712562

    Magandang araw po…ask ko lng po..about vacation leave..regular na po ako sa isang company…pero inalis po nila ang vacation leave namin…makatarungan po ba un..salamat po

      Good day,

      The only ‘leave’ mandated by law is the 5 day service incentive leave (or SIL, art. 95). entitled to those who have rendered 1 year of service, regardless if continuous or broken. Vacation leaves, sick leaves, etc. are only voluntary benefits. However, if these benefits have amounted to a company practice, or have been indicated to your CBA, then employees should be entitled to it.

      ‘Yung SIL kasi pwede na syang icombine sa VL mo, so hindi na kelangan ng employer magbigay ng SIL. (ex. company A grants its employees 10 VL credits, 5 of those VL credits are deemed as SIL.

      Assuming that it is a company practice, and given the facts that youve given. Syempre hindi makatarungan. It would help if you tell us kung bakit tinanggal.

    good afternoon po icomplain ko lang po ung may ari ng agency SUPREME ACCESS TELECOM SERVICES ( SATS ) adelina st.gate 1 san carlos heights tayuman binangonan rizal na pag ma may ari ni EXCELLAN GONZALES at coordinator CRISLYN BORRAS AT EDMON PATERNO, na walang record sa BIR at ung mga sasakyan hindi nakarehistro,,,, AUG. 16 2014 tinanggal po kami ng aking asawa ng walang sapat na dahilan ,, nagtanung lang po ako tungkol sa incentives namin ng mga kasamahan ko agent nagalit sakin ang aking amo at tinangal ako dinamay pati asawa ko ng walang kaalam alam,,under po ang agency ng GLOBE TELECOM PHILS. walang mga benefits,,bonus,,tanung ko lang po kung may makukuha kami sa agency sa serbisyong ibinigay namin sa kanila. Ang asawa ko po nag start ng 2008 at ako po ay 2009 msa magkapati na employer tatlong beses nag palit ng name ng agency hindi namin alam kung bakit, MCON,ATMS, at ngaun ay SATS. sana po matulungan nyo kami na mabigyan ng action ang agency na ganito ang kalakaran sa mga tauhan nila na may kasama pang mura pag nag uutos,thanks godbless,,

    Nag Sign kami ng Annualization for increase.. pero up to now.. wala pa rin ung Effect.. Ni Ho or Ha wala sinasabi ang HR dto… Anong klase toh.. ??? C3 ung company

  5. bigyan pansin nman po yung pinagtatrabahuhan ng asawa ko!! private po sila at 250/day ang sahod nila! which is below minimum po! pero they were forced to sign a contract showing na makuntento nalng sa kung anung sahod sa kanila! pag hindi ipapapasara ang kumpanya! diba threat yun?? pumunta na din ang dole dun pero di sila kinausap ng may ari pakatapos makitaan ng mga paglabag! i hope matulungan nyo po sila!

      pakipuntahan nyo naman dito sa 45 ortigas st. pasay city kasi ung boss po namin chinesse .. ang pasahod po samin hindi tama 350 lang kami pag sinasabihan po namin yong isang secretary di daw po alm ang patakaran dito sa pilipinas…anu po ang gagawin namin kasi nakapanghinayang po

    gusto ko pong ireklamo yung company na pinagtatrabahuhan ko dahil ang baba na nga nila mgpasahod dinidelay pa nla…imagine 12 hours ako nagtatrabaho sakanila tapos ualang bayad ang overtime 270 lang bayad sakin sa buong mghapon…sana po matulungan nio po acu…hndi lng po acu pati na rin po ung mga kasamahan kong takot mgsalita.

    pakibigyang pansin po kompanya namin, sitel philippines incorporated.. nakalagay sa kontrata na may makukuha kaming line of business allowance na 5000 pag naipasa namin lahat ng kailanagan nila..its been one and a half month and until mow di pa nabibigay allowance na yun..

    Just want to ask. employed kasi ako sa isang private company and just labored last february. sss employed pa ako and claimant of sss maternity benefit w/ ceasarian section. Now my concern is required akong to leave ng 2 months. My company just pay me at least one month only. How about the other remaining one month, is it payable or not? thank you.

    I started 2011 working as a Teacher in a school here in Cauayan, Negros Occidental. The starting salary was 4000. currently i am receiving 4500 plus 500 as a Teacher in charge. I am claiming that our salary is too low but the administration keep insisting that the school has only few enrolee.     Good Day,
    I would like to forward my complain Against Puregold North Commonwealth Quezon City,
    List of affair labor practice by Puregold North Commonwealth:

    1.) NON-Payment of overtime work : hindi po sila nagbabayad ng overtime sa lahat ng Cashier at bagger.at sabi po nila,ok lang kasi wala namang magsusumbong sa DOLE.

    2.) Not implementing the correct breaktime in every cashier-
    hindi po nila pinapakain ng tama sa oras ang mga cashier at bagger, instead of 1 hour, ginagawa lang po nilang half hour ang breaktime and wala po sa tamang oras ang meal time ng mga cashier, for example: time in: 10:00am breaktime 6:00pm onwards
    time out: 10:45 to 11pm.
    3.) NO day off
    4.) Unfair treatment if a certain employee mishandle her task in a small issue Supervisors are very arrogant giving inappropriate dicsiplinary actions.
    napaka-walng puso po ng Staff and Management ng PUREGOLD PPCI NORTH COMMONWEALTH sa lahat ng empleyado.
    naniniwala po kami na nalalabag of ang karapatan namin bilang empleyado, at nainiwala po kami na this practice if unfair labor systaem is being done not only in this branch,
    i would like to ask some kind assistance with regards with isuue’s enumerated above.
