Hi, same scenario din po sakin muntik na ko mabiktima ng scam. The korean guy but he based in London followed me on IG then nag usap na kami sa telegram after how many days ang sabi niya magpapadala daw sya ng gifts sakin para mapatunayan niya ang sincerity love niya sakin. Una pa lang magtataka ka na agad kasi ang bilis nag shipped ng parcel sa Philippines from London. The next day morning I received an email from Direct Express Logistics courier na ang package ko daw nasa customs at need ko daw magbayad ng 12,000 for the delivery fee before daw nila ideliver ang package sakin. Then, I tell to them that I don’t have money to pay for it. Sabi ng courier magkano lang daw ang kaya ko ibigay sabi ko 1k lang pero sabi nila kung pwede daw 5k. Dun pa lang kaduda duda na kasi nakikipag negotiate sila sa delivery fee thru Gcash payment. According to the customs, hindi sila nakikipag communicate sa parcel recipients. Hindi ko na ulit sila nireplayan sa email buti na lang din na warningan ako ng friend ko.
