GOODDAY! I just want to follow up our SBWS Application..I submitted 12 employees but NO ONE of the 12 names receive anything..Samantalang yong iba na nag submit din ay naka received na 2 times 1st and 2nd trance.
Sana bago nyo binigay ang 2nd waved ay binigyan nyo na muna ang mga hndi pa nakakatanggap.

Comment lng ako sa UMID CARD ko nag apply ako January 4, 2020 sa SSS main office. Until now wala pa under Unionbank SSS Main Office Branch. Mag 6 months na po. Diba sabi ni Pangulong Duterte kapag mag transact sa government/private offices dapat within 3- to 5 days lng. Sa SSS bakit bakit ang tagal na matagal ang release ng Umid Card sa customer/client, samantala sa Pag-ibig Fund kapag mag apply card customer/ client under din ng Unionbank ay realease agad with in the day.

Ask po why hinde na-credit ang pension ng mother ko for this month? Went to 2 branches of SSS, both are closed. How can she submit her ACOP? 88 years old and you expect her to go to your office para lang mag submit?. Be considerate naman po lalo na ngayon meron Covid Pandemic. Went there before the PAndemic pero sabi ng staff nyo its too early daw po para mag submit. So naabutan na ng Covid. Paano na po?
