    Good morning po sir/maam.. maam paki investigate po ang online shopping na LAZADA kasi po until now ayaw nilang palitan yung binili naming 32″ led tv kasi noong buksan po namin sir/maam basag po ang screen. Sabi po nila tapos na po ang warranty e 1 month palamang po..1 year warranty po nakslagay na warranty po. Tsaka lang po kasi namin binuksan ang box noong may bibili po sir maam.. 3 beses na po naming ibinalik sa kanila sir maam until now wala pa po. Nakausap po namin thru cellphone po sina mr. Raymund buduan at mr. Martinez po. at marami pa pong iba thru live chat nila sir maam. Sana po mabigyan po nyo ksmi ng feedback galing sa kanila sir masm at para matapos ns rin po mga katiwalian po nila.maraming salamat po and more power.
