I would like to complain about Converge ICT customer service. After giving me a ticket number for my concern with my internet connection, they did not send a field technician since they said my case needs on-site visit. They ignored all my follow requests and emails.
good evening. please help to act on scammers .. I will list down the mobile number of these scammers who coordinatingly scammer Filipinos who’s trying to have extra income. Please act swiftly because scammers becoming rampant . they’re using several mobile number, using Gcash & CIMB as their portal to transact /scam people in the guise of promoting the Product by likes/ comment in FB .. then ask you to open the LAZADA portal., but not to purchase of deposit directly the money into their account with the promise of return with 30% to 40% commission..I wanted the 20k to return to me. .please apprehend them & brought to justice. there’s already a SIM registration, how come the scammers became rampant.?

We have neighbors jamming our cellphone’s internet signal, illegal jammers used by private citizens, unauthorize used of signal jammers is strictly prohibited by the law, i already reported it to PNP Anti Cybercrime Group. I hope you will do some actions on this matter. Our neighbor is the jamming culprit. Their address is at #97 Panamitan,Kawit,Cavite…they committed a heinous crime along with some NBI employees. Im sedking for your advise on what actions should be done with this law offenders,im their neighbor Rommel Orcas , here’s my email : rommelorcas@outlook.com. I hope you can send me replies on what actions should be done.They’re doing DOS attacks on my mobile data and vpn connection for almost a year now. I need your quick response on what to do.
