My husband Rolando Villegas Santos was held at NAIA immigration because he has a namesake that has a criminal record. He has to comply NBI clearance, police clearance and NTSP with BiD. Hes a canadian citizen since 2013. We need your help for the release of my husband’s nbi clearance. He’s been at the mall office thrice but was later referred to the main office. But when he went at the main office, they just took the police clearance and told to come back Monday again. I really need help as they’re leaving by Dec. 16 already.cocc

Q; I have NBI travel to Qatar. And my agency wants to change it to Travel to Abroad. not Qatar, which is im going to Qatar naman. Napaka gulo lang. Do i need to change it or not? Hi, I am writing here to know on how to get National Police clearance from Philippines for those who have finished their study over there. I would like to relate this question with my wife. She has finished her study in Philippines 3 years ago and now she is Nepal. While she was there, she got police report which one is expired and not valid now. So, while applying visa for few countries, Immigration ask for latest police report. Also the fact is that It is not possible for her to go there and get police report so I would like as to ask what could be the process in order to get the latest police report. She know someone there but Philippines Police need finger print which is not possible for here because she is not there. I am looking forward to get the way so she can get her latest police clearance. Please assist us and that will be great. Thank you.
I have good reason to believe you should inquire directly to NBI contact information. This web page is not reliable. If it is possible, give them a call thru their landlines.

Their website is down as of posting. I applied for NBI clearance the other week and it was a hectic experience, let alone online inquiries. Anyway, the best thing I could advise you is to wait for their website to come back to operations. They allow for online applications. Otherwise, you could address these concerns to other govt departments that are more accessible.
