mam/sir i just want to ask about my lost seaman’s book but it’s already expired and i want to undergo a new training to get a new seaman’s book.. do i still have to declare that it’s lost or i can just go directly for another training?

Pinapakuha ako pero hindi ako oiler hindi rin wiper.position ko ay junior engineman. Sa sea service ko junior engineman last sakay bali 2 sakay ko na 8months ang contract. 16months po na junior engineman. May 1 year po akong aprentice engineer dto sa domestc. Ang nangyari po ginawa akong OILER onboard kaso pinirmahan ko dto sa Pinas na POEA contract ay junior engineman.tinatak nila doon sa barko is oiler.may mali po ba dto?
