   good day what is tricycle charging us 50pesos per person from bantay rizal ave st to vigan public market? may we have the standard fare set by the government so we can check if we are being taken advantage of the tricycle driver?

   Hello, my wife (Philippina with german Passport and german driving license) and me (german with german driving license) want to stay in Philippinen, near by Vigan, from November until May. We need a philippine driving license. What we have to do, to get the philippine driving license?

    LTO Vigan District Office moved to San Ildefonso (Poblacion East) in early 2018. As of August, 2018 only one of the emission testing stations remains at the Tamag site.
