tanong lang po kung anu-ano ang requirement sa pag-pick-up ng government plate katulad ng ambulance. meron na pong confirmation ng plaka, but then the LTO-Biñan wanted to get the original plate number in your office, before it register again.

My drivers licence was confiscated due to driving a car with expired registration
That time I just barrow the car from a friend not knowing that it the registration was already expired
It was emergency that day my sister was hit by a bus at Real Calamba City and died on the spot
The car that I barrowed was sold and I don’t know if the registration was updated
What can I do to have my Licence again ? and how much the penalty is..
