1. NBI Clearance

Forensic & Scientific

  • Crime Laboratory Services – fingerprint, ballistics, handwriting, DNA testing, polygraph (lie detector), and forensic chemistry.
  • Digital Forensic Services – recovery and analysis of electronic data.
  • Medico-Legal Services – autopsies, postmortem exams, medical certificates for legal cases.

Coordination & Support Services

  • Criminal Records Management – maintaining a national database of criminal records.
  • Technical Assistance – providing expertise and resources to the PNP, courts, and other government agencies.
  • International Operations – coordination with Interpol and foreign law enforcement for cross-border cases.
  • Training for Law Enforcement – training police and peace officers on investigation techniques.
