   We are a group of more than 100 Operators and Drivers of UV Express Service regularly using the NORTH LUZON TOLLWAY plying the routes TRINOMA to MEYCAUAYAN (STO. NINO, ST. FRANCIS, ST. MICHAEL & MERALCO) via Meycauayan Exit and vice versa, and TRINOMA to MARILAO via Meycauayan and/or Marilao Exits and vice versa.

   We are writing to you today to humbly request for an endorsement from your office In relation to our letter of appeal to the Manila North Toll Ways Corp, please see attached, signifying our intention to apply for their special PRIVELEGE CARD for a discounted Toll fee at the North Luzon Expressway. Your utmost support regarding this matter would be of great help in uplifting the lives of our members and in achieving our vision of providing the best and safe transport service in our area of business.
