They have instructed me to talk to those mentioned names and to go to your office in anda cavite. In which i believe that your office is just located within metro manila.I asked them to send me how to get there but they did not reply. It was clearly some kind of a bluff..I really wanted to go to your office as soon as possible to report this issue. These people are your using the name of Philippine Daily Tribune. I am hoping to receive a response. Thanks.

One of the lending company in makati is using your name.They have threathen me that they will publish my name wthin your page. That because I wasnt able to keep up with my obligation. To be honest I sent payments to them as much as I can, I got deliquent due to being unfit to work for a month now. I told them that as soon I got back to work I will be able to update my account.I was schocked that they have texted me today that they will publish my name on your circulation since they have paid for the advertisement of those with deliquent account to them. As far as I know they dont have to do that unless they filed such case against me. That the action they take is clearly libelous. My concern is that they’re using the name of philippine tribune to threaten people like me. They have drop some nameas like James De Leon and Kevin Villarama as OIC of philippine Daily Tribune. I really wanted to get in touch with you to personally report this matter. Thanks
Nagtext din sila sa papa ko na ipopost daw nila ang picture ng papa ko sa philippine daily tribune. Tinawagan ng kapatid ko yung number then ang sumagot employee ng isa sa lending company. May account din dun si papa, ngayon nasa 4k na lang ang balance niya, bakit kung kailan patapos na saka sila gagawa ng ganyang kawalang modong gawain. I emailed the philippine daily tribune if they have employees naming James de Leon and Kevin Villarama but, it bounced back. Mali yung email na nakaprovide sa site na ito.
Na figure out ko na baka gawa lang ito ng lending company, kasi yung isa sa mga collector nun masama ang ugali, sinasabihan sila papa at mama na manloloko daw just because di nakahulog sa tamang date. It is not the right thing to do kasi may pinagaralan sila at saka nagbabayad sila ng penalty.
Sana mawala na I mean matigil na ang mga ganitong pangyayari.

Someone called here looking for an old colleague saying she’s from the verification department. when i said what does that mean since the person is no longer connected with us. then she just shouted ewan ko sayo ang bobo mo maam. then she dropped the phone. pls. do something about this person.
To the management of Daily Tribune please do something about this, your reputation is being drag on this scam. Innocent people is bullied thru this bogus caller instructing the victim to see your editor in chief, they will destroy my personality showing my picture.

Good morning din po, i just receive a call today (april 14, 2014) from my past company..sabi po nla if connected pa ako doon na company, kasi po ipopost po nila sa philippine daily tribune na idemanda ako sa ARTICLE number 354 (paninirang puri po daw ito) pero pagresearch ko po walang ARTICLE number 354 tpos gisearch ko din po walang ATTY SIMEON GAPUZ sa internet ang nakapasa..sana po pagtuunin ninyo po ito ng pansin kay ang company po ninyo nadadamay..pati po yung dating company po na tinatrabahuan ko po nagworry baka po madamay cla..please po..do something po

I got a call this afternoon, April 10, 2014, around 2:30 pm, from Department of Education NCR, n may certain teacher who previously work with us n itinawag daw ng Daily Tribune, at i-popost nila for 3 consecutive sundays,hanapin daw yung teacher at paki coordinate daw sa daily tribune pra maiwasan yung iskandalo at binigay niya yung contact no. n 381-86-37 at hanpin si narciso olivares. at nung twagn nmin binigay nmn niya number nung atty. simeon gapus, w/ tel no. 9618377. Then pinagbbyad siya ng 64,239.87 pero pwede n dw gawing 20,000. Mukhang scam nga after verifying the tel numbers indicated

And they even tld me the revised peanal code No. 315. And they will post daw my nae and picture on April 13, 20 and 27. And when I asked them in what CASE the cannot give me the GROUNDS…
Please do something about it. I was even collapse and my BP becomes unstable because of this.

Ganyan din ang ginawa nila sa akin. SCAM lang yan at nananakot na ipapa post. Ipa post na nila kung ano gusto nilang ipa post, pero WALANG KATOTOHAN ANG MGA IYAN.
May tumawag din po sakin na Narciso Olivarez and tumawag daw ako sa Atty. Maynard Bautista about Malicious act case whereas he talked about a loan that wasn’t paid. Nakakatawa lang po! Then pinapabayad ako ng fine through bank. Is this something I need to ignore po?

If not,then i agree with the other victims that you should post a notice that your company is being used by these guys in a scam.
