    Hello po….ask ko lng po pano dpt gawin …mtgal n po kc kming wla s sta.cruz laguna since 2011 p..ngcheck po aq ng umid id ko ang sabi binalik dw po ng sta.cruz…pano po ggwin ko pra mkuha ung id…or pde po kia aq pgawa ng bgo dto s branch nmin?

    She would like to know how she can have a facetime appointment to prove that she is still alive. Please us what are the requirements.

    i would like to ask I’m asking for new PRN and when i fill up the selected membership type the option is voluntary and Ofw im a self employed and if i select voluntary it will automatically change my membership type. what will i do?
