Paano kami makakapag tanong kung na c.i na kami kung di naman mahanap yung website na binigay nyo
Tanong ko lang dito kung pwede ba ma transfer direct sa atm yung pension ng mga anak ko kasi kada buwan ang dumarating ay checki sa kapatid ko na nasa marikina eh andito ako ngayun sa leyte sya pa ang mag deposit sa bangko..pano po ang gawin nun ano ang proseso???..pwede ko ba dito asikasohin yan sa amin dito sa leyte may branch naman kami dito..salamat

I am a senior citizen with slight walking disability. I have changed my disbursement account from BPI to BDO Unibank. I went to you your and had this processed last June. I was not informed that I should reconfirm if the pension on my previous bank will be deposited or disbursed to my new bank. I waited for several months for the previous pensions to be credited to my new bank. I saw only the August and the September pensions, the other months none. I visited last Monday, Sept 18 and was informed to have the verification form with deposit slip and 2 valid IDs to process my request of having the May, June, July pensions deposited to my new bank account. I also asked to how long be the waiting period for the said request to be processed, up to 6 months. Maybe, if this is taking that long, I hope God will not forbid, a pensioner can be dead by that time.

Hello regarding the Payment Registration Number…. the system is always down.. so we have no choice except to go to Malanday because we cannot pay without the PRN. Once we were able to access online in the wee hours of the morning but it says the Date of Coverage does not match the SSS records, quite frankly the hard copy shows the correct date of coverage – I wonder why on earth there is disparity in the records. So we go by foot again to Malanday, we hope everything be updated before we go online to avoid disparity…. we cannot even pay because of the PRN….
