Good day. Nag file po ako ng pension claim sa branch ninyo, Aug 2, 2022. I was given a signed/approved copy of Member Data Change request and an LOI for opening a bank account. I wasn’t given a copy of a DDR which the bank requires. Please send me a copy of the form ao I could open a bank account. Thank you.
Meron po ba nag rereply dto from SSS? 3months processing ang manual verification ng sss contribution ko as u said. Nag file ako jan 2023. Its now apr 2023. Wala feedback from ur branch.

Meron bang pwede makausap sa inyo about sa sss umid id na pinagawa ko? Mag 7 months na wala pa din update . Sabi nyo tumawag nalang or mag follow up pero wala naman nasagot sa landline nyo pag pumunta naman dyan sa branch hinaharang agad ng guard . Pabalik balik ako sa branch nyo pero walang maibigay na update samin ….

Aug2,2021 ung Receving copy nyo bngay sa employer ko. 3months lang po yan bakit hanggang ngyon ang bagal ng proseso nyo? Bigyan pansin nyo nmn po yan ilan beses nrin ako natawag at ng eemail sa inyo hindi nyo pinapansin 6months ang over payment ko hnd prin inaayos…
