    Tanong ko lang po bakt ang poor ng services nyo pagdating sa pagkuha ng claims ex. Sickleave benefits.

    Pag natawag sa phone, tagal sumagot tapos wala naman clear na maibigay na sagot s tanong
    Pag nag email namn, pasko na wala paring response.

    More than 2 months na himihintay ng asawa ko yung sickleave benefits nya dhil no work nonpay nga xia kaya yun lng inaasahan nya tapos magtatag ulan na wala.paring malinaw na sagot.

    Meron ba o wala???

    wala po ba kayo cellphone number? any update po para sa mga nag pa gawa ng ID last 2019 pa. wala po kase ako nare received na text kung na process na po ba last check ko natigil raw po kase ung pag gagawa ng UMID. thanks

    Di po ako makapagfile ng Mat 1 ko.

    Good day po Nag fill-up po ako ng How to reset userID & Password. Hindi ko po matapos kasi hindi po dumadating yung LINK na manggagaling sa inyo. Mag 1week ko na po ginagawa yan. Lagi nalang Machine yung sumasagot at yung Precedure ang binibigay nya na meron na po akung copy nun yung LINK nalang po ang hinihintay ko na e send nyo po sa email add ko po. Sana matulungan nyo po ako. Salamat

    Hi, good morning! After the registration of a new business, we were able to apply for a User Name so we can log in and view the PRN, which I think is the next step. However, up to this day from February 5, we can not access your system. We have been calling your number for assistance, but until this day, we have been unsuccessful. If not busy, it is not accessible.

    I can not access also my personal USER ID and that of my husband’s, which means, the system is really offline.

    Can we request for assistance as we are supposed to be paying already. Since we can not access, we can not view and print the PRN. Please advise immediately.
