    Please paki sagot naman po yung phone, yung mother ko po kasi mag reporting for her annual pension, for my deceased father. Bakit di po kayo makontak? Nag sadya na po yung mpther ko sa office ng Baccor branch sarado. Sana po, mabigyan nyo po kami ng concrete reason kung bakit ganito po yung service ngayun ng Bacoor Branch??? Please po, kailangan kailangan maasikaso ng mother ko po ito. Di po kayo makontak, di nya na po alam saan sya mag seek ng tulong. Thank you!

      I’m Maribec B. Riano, pensioner and widow of Felipe P. Riano with SSS Number 0391163821, principal. As per your instructions,we must visit any SSS branch before the month of the birth of the pensioner for annual confirmation.

      However, birth date of my husband is May 26,1965 and unfortunately i was unable to visit prior to the said date due to lockdown or quarantine period started on March until now.
      I assume that you will consider our situation knowing that we are not allowed to go out but i recently noted that there is no amount credited to my account. My pension usually loaded in my account before or 1st day of the month.

      May I ask if there is a delay or stop in our pension and what will I suppose to do?

    I want to query if it is really a policy of SSS to deduct the employee’s sss loan obligations from his last pay? I have a cousin who ended his work in March 2020 and he didn’t receive any single centavo because his employer deducted his SSS loans from his last pay.

    At this time of crisis, it is imperative to consider the situation. Is it possible for my cousin to ask consideration from his employer relative to the matter? If it has none, what assistance can provide him by the SSS as member of the institution. He has no work and he has two kids 4 and 3 y/o to feed. He is also single parent.

    Appreciate your humanitarian response.

    Hi po good morning po maam/sir, ask ko lng po ung s sss benefit ko po? Ngfile po ako nung feb.21 ngcheck po ako nung marvh 21 hanggang ngayon po wala p po plgi po ako ng babalance wala p din pong laman. Sana mtulungn nyo po ako, ung mkukuha ko po n pera pmbili ko ng gmot.

    Ask ko lang po. Last december 16 2019 we completed the process for the death claim benefits ng father ko pero until now wala pa din po. I understand po na nasa crisis po ang lahat and i know that you are doing everything that you can to provide help to all your members. Wag naman po sana naisantabi ung claims namin kasi 5 months na lumipas pero wala pa sin po kami natatanggap. Hope this message will be answered with high urgency from Sss. Thanks po and keep safe.

    Nagbigay po ng list yung employer ko sa mga nakatanggap na po ng cash assistance at nandun po ang pangalan ko. Nakailang Bal.check na po ako sa UMID ATM at Payroll ATM ko wala na man po itong laman. Bakit po ganun?
