Can a registered importer also register as a consolidator to cater balikabayan boxes shipments and PSB registration a MUST for a new applicant as consolidator?
Good morning,
Just like to confirm if a PSB accredited freight forwarder can transact import transaction to all customs house in the Philippines. for example an import shipment coming from Los Angeles to Cagayan Port.

I have a box of personal things, clothes etc., that I want to have picked up in Taygaytay, Philippines and shipped to me in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I would need someone to open the box and take an inventory of the contents sending me photo’s of everything and preparing it for Thai Customs to inspect. I would like to ask if RML Courier Express – owned by Rommel M. Luna are member of this agency. Well I really need help for this forwarder since Sept last year they payables to us are still payables, every time we called them always no checks or call back or just hang up…anyways we heard from some forwarder and logistics that this RML are really have bad records when it comes to payments of their obligations. Can you help us on this matter or can you address us to right person who handle to this matter.

Date sent: January 2, 2014
Concern: wrong items delivered
wrong package were sent to Ms. Briones waybill was correct but the pouch has the wrong tracking no. its obvious that the tracking nos of waybill and the blue pouch does not match.
Kindly fix this as soon as possible. This has caused so much

I have been following up xend express for weeks now since January 4,
2014 there has been no update yet as to the whereabouts of the lost
parcel Ms. Briones. Kindly help us with the retrieval of the mentioned
parcel.
