   hi sir and madam itatanung kulang kung saan makakakuha ng certified true copy ng land ownership kasi ang sa lolo namin as per atty kukuha daw muna ng copy sa pmo kung paano na i award sa lolo ang lupa sa mabuhay general santos.salamat po

   Sir/Ma’am, Edgar E Paras, farmer and resident of Purok 4, Barangay Mabuhay, General Santos City, the long time tenant/possessorot the land since 1975. This land bearing a particular description of (T-39617(12,010sq.m) located at Bario of Lagao, and now called Purok Nopol, Conel, General Santos City. Said property was foreclosed by AL-Amanah Islamic Investment Bank of the Phil. and now transferred to National Government (NG) through PMO. In February 8, 2013. I am sending a letter to your office in the name of German B Guaza my long time friend that I am willing to acquire said property in a negotiable price and on September 3, 2016 I am sending again a letter via LBC appealing to acquire the said property sense farming is the only means of our living for our but unfortunately I doesn’t received reply.

   Further, in my strong desire to sustain occupancy over the land, I ask certification to the Barangay Chairman and pay the Real Property Tax on August 25, 2015 to show my interest over the said property.

   In view of the foregoing, please give me chance to enter into your negotiation plan/contract as your priority beneficiaries of the said area. I am willing to bid the said property in the amount of One Million Two Hundred Thousand pesos (P1, 200,000.00)

   May this letter given due consideration and approval.
