I have been trying to call ALL the numbers listed on Philpost’s website but there’s no answer! It’s as if the office DOES NOT exist! Typical government office! So frustrating! And this is where out taxes go? To pay these people who doesn’t even bother to answer the phones! P&#*& talagang grabe the kind of 3rd world country!

I have a parcel sent last October 7 2020 through Australia Post, normally it arrived 7-14 days but until now it is not being delivered yet and no update in the tracking from October 28 2020. I have already lodge a complaint in Australia Post. Can this be actioned immediately? Thank you.
