    lajhat ng mga number dito is useless…… ano ba naman to. nglagay pa ng mga number…… tumawag din ako sa hotline ito din na mga number ang binigay…. anyone here can help me how to intall the Certificate…. almost week na po ako try na try,….

    With contact porvidee but we cannot proceed. the recorded operator will say office hours is from 8 am to 5 pm. And have a good day but the line will get busy..

    Walang sumasagot sa number na ito,kuoad at poor response,di na lang sana naglagay number di naman sinasagot!basta govt employee ganyan serbisyo,poor!

    walang kwenta ang mga numbers na nakapost dahil wala naman sumasagot.anung klaseng government office kau simnpleng tanong lang sana hindi pa masagot ng tama ng mismong head office.

      This number is working +632 897-1598. Matagal nga lang talaga may sumagot siguro busy ung nasa phone. I called 3 times and on the 3rd time meron naman sumagot. Mabilis naman service nila at organize nakakatuwa. Friendly din ang mga staff at saka ung guards approachable naman sila.

    Deadline of payment po tomorrow until now d kami maka access sa eprs. expired certificate.San po kami pwede magbayad ng contribution kung may problema sa online payment.

      I experienced the same thing expired certificate I can’t access our account,I emailed the officer in charge but has no reply.PHILHEALTH personnel who can read our concerns please try to give us feedback on this so that we will not get into the point of penalizing our accounts due to your cause.Why is that certificates expire?It is very inconvenient to employers because we will get the same problem everytime.Please do something.Thank you.

    Unable to access po ung Online ERPS. Invalid/Expired Certificate na daw po. San po ba nakakapag download ng latest certificate? And hindi po makontak ung mga Tel. numbers nyo. Thanks.

    tsaka pwd po pa update na rin po ng mga contact no. nyo po sa halo na po ito na no. 441-7444, 447-7442, halos 3week po di po talaga nasagot na uubos po ang buong araw ko sa kakacontact wala talaga pa update na rin po ito thank you po +632 897-1598, +632 897-2759, +632 897-3337, +632 897-6329,

    bakit ang hirap mag log in sa online EPOAF/EPRS simula po nong april 20 until now po sinasabi po secure ur connection halos lahat po na computer na gamit ko office ganyan po lahat. kaya hanggang ngaun po di pa kmi nakagaya ng remittance for the month of march 2017 po thank u
