    bakit sabi ng guard niyo dapat nasa 20 pataas ang pwedeng kumuha Philhealth ID ?. magtratrabaho na kapatid ko kailangan niya ng ID kasi requirements yon. ano kailangan niya pang maging 20 pada makapag trabaho ?
