   Hello Maam/Sir,

   Ask ko lang po required kasi sa school namin yung philhealth card sa F2F classes kaso lang po 20 years old palang po ako ,pwede po ba akung maisyuhan ng philhealth card?

   mam /sir goodmorning po ask kulang sana kung paano po ulit makakakuha ng philhelth mawala mo kasi ung philhealth ID ko po salamat po
