   Good day maam sir.

   This is Runel De Guzman, seafarer my One health pass# OSS0921531, and my company Career philippines ship management. And was arrive here in Philippines dated last Nov. 27, 2021, in Naia terminal 3 and as of now im still here in quarantine facility already 7days w/o vaccination according to our protocol. in SOGO hotel harrison pasay. I would like just to follow up about swab testing if when we taking swabbing if today or tommorow. Actually i have coleage here also from career philippines.
