   Hello po, Ask ko lang po sana kung my karapatan po bang maningil o humingi ng bayad ang my ari ng lupang kinatatayuan ng bahay nmin na ang tanging patunay lamang nila ay tax declaration at walang maipakitang titulo at anbandon nadin po ang nakadeclair sa registered of deed.almost 40yrs na po kaming nakatira sa lupang iyon at gusto rin po sana namin ipasurvey ang lupa at patituluhan,my karapatan po ba kami doon?Maraming Salamat po.
