   Dear PAO,

   I would like to inquire what we can do if our bank imposes interest on our vehicle loan when we availed the Bayanihan Act during the pandemic without prior informed consent. Is it legal for the banks to apply interest even if the law says they are not allowed to do so? thank you and hoping for your response
